Solidwear HP101
Solidwear HP101 is a high performance technically advanced epoxy wearing compound containing graded high alumina ceramic bead fillers up to 2 mm, in a blended epoxy resin system. Provides a long lasting lining to plant and equipment subject to a high degree of abrasive wear in highly acidic corrosive environments. Excellent slump resistance on vertical or overhead applications. Can cure underwater.
Solidwear HP200
Solidwear HP200 is a multi-purpose wearing compound containing a combination of ceramic fillers and beads, held uniformly in suspension in a blended high performance epoxy resin system. It is ideal for protecting wearing areas in plants which process fine slurries. Contains fine crushed angular aluminium oxide. Easy to trowel on large surfaces.
Solidwear HP500
Solidwear HP 500 is a medium set high performance technically advanced wearing compound containing graded high density ceramic fillers, providing excellent wear resistance, impact and chemical resistance, a long lasting lining to plant and equipment subject to a high degree of abrasive wear. It contains fine crushed angular fillers for optimum packing and wear resistance.
Solidwear HP800
Solidwear HP800 is a superior quick set high performance technically advanced wearing compound using Novalac resin technology for superior temperature, chemical and wear resistance. It contains graded high density ceramic fillers which gives excellent wear resistance, impact and chemical resistance. It is ideal for protecting high wearing areas processing acid slurries. Also suitable in chrome reduction plants.
Solidbond SS
Solidbond SS is a standard set high performance epoxy adhesive for bonding high alumina ceramics where chemical resistance is required. It may also be used for a wide range of adhesive applications where excellent adhesion and high chemical resistance is required.
Solidguard HCP
Solidguard HCP is an extremely chemical resistant select blend of Bisphenol-A resin and high cross-linking activator that is specifically formulated for demanding acid or highly alkaline environments. Also excellent use in petroleum storage tanks. It is applied as a roller coat on steel tanks or in combination with glass fiber reinforcing membrane and chemical resistant C-glass veil for optimum chemical resistance.
Polyscreed MD
A high performance four component polyurethane self-smoothing floor screed providing exceptional physical and chemical resistance in demanding industrial environments subject to medium traffic. It provides a smooth, yet non slip, protective floor finish ideal for applications in the food, pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries where high performance and durability are required. HACCP compliant with antimicrobial silver ion technology ideal for food processing areas.
Polyscreed RT
A high performance four component polyurethane rake and trowel floor screed providing exceptional physical and chemical resistance in demanding industrial environments subject to high traffic volume. It provides a slight textured, non slip, protective floor finish ideal for applications in the food, pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries where high performance and durability are required.
