Solidscreed 90
Solidscreed 90 is a high strength industrial floor overlay screed for the resurfacing of old, worn, damaged concrete surfaces by providing a hard wearing surface with excellent impact resistance. It’s a ready to use blend of hard wearing aggregates, high strength cement and proprietary additives producing a non-shrink screed mix with excellent workability and controlled setting. Solidscreed 90 should be used for overlaying concrete floors, repairs to damaged floors and spalled joints.
Solidscreed 400
Solidscreed 400 is a ready to use blend of hard wearing aggregates, polymer modified cement and additives which produces a hard wearing, impact resistant 30 – 100 mm floor overlay. Solidscreed 400 should be used to overlaying damaged concrete floors or for patch repairing where partial damage has occurred. As a floor, Solidscreed 400 provides higher early strength and a harder wearing surface than conventional concrete.
Polyscreed PMC
Polyscreed PMC is a ready to use, two component micro concrete overlay system incorporating a blend of cement, polymers, proprietary additives and graded aggregates to produce a high performance, impact and abrasion resistant floor finish that is functional, strong and resistant to thermal shock. Polyscreed PMC results in an ideal surface finish for industrial applications and is able to accept any subsequent floor covering including resin based systems.

Techfin Structural Repair Mortar
Techfin Structural Repair Mortar is a fibre reinforced, thixotropic, polymer modified cementitious repair mortar suitable for heavy duty repairs to concrete, aerated concrete and all types of concrete structures. Provides high strength repairs to load bearing structures. The product exhibits excellent bond characteristics to structural steel reinforcement and concrete.
Techfin Chemical Repair Mortar
Techfin Chemical Repair Mortar is a ready to use grout which chemically sets within minutes to form an extremely hard mortar repair. Formulated to give controlled high early strength properties for rapid repairs to traffic areas and for low temperature repair work. Ideal for environments usually corrosive to concrete and cold rooms where cementitious grouts do not perform.
Techfin Plaster Finish
Techfin Plaster Finish is a single component acrylic polymer modified repair mortar for use as a fairing compound or cosmetic coat mortar. When mixed with water, as directed, a fine grey trowelable mortar results which can readily be applied to fill in pores, blowholes and blemishes on a concrete surface. Techfin Plaster Finish may also be used as a skim coat prior to application of protective coatings. It is specially formulated to produce a shrinkage compensating mortar with no cracking when applied in a thin section. Adhesion to concrete and flexibility are excellent.
Prodox
Prodox is a single component, polymer modified, cementitious plaster sealer for application onto a wide variety of cementitious surfaces to provide a smooth, durable waterproof and decorative finish. The polymer additives ensure optimum adhesion, crack bridging, flexibility and substrate versatility. The polymers included ensure a high order of water repellency and migrate within the substrate to form a permanent waterproof barrier system.

Techfin Acryl Cure is a water-based acrylic emulsion of milky appearance which dries to a colourless, stain-free surface finish when applied to newly cast concrete. The product is ready to use, has exceptional grab character and develops a tenacious bond to the host substrate and is applied to concrete surfaces following the final finishing or stripping of forms. Techfin Acryl Cure may be used in external and internal applications and is unaffected by UV radiation.
