Waterproofing Cementitious Sealing Slurry System
Techfin Waterguard is a two part polymer modified cementitious waterproof mortar sealing slurry consisting of highly flexible liquid polymer, special water repellent admixtures and cements and silica aggregates.
The combined cured system produces a waterproof barrier for concrete, cementitious rendering, masonry substrates, brickwork or blockwork. The slurry coating forms a moisture barrier, significantly reducing the water absorption into dry surfaces, allowing moisture to migrate out of protected areas and avoiding moisture build up and dampness. It provides positive and negative water repellency against dampness and ground water as well as hydrostatic pressure.
